Elevate IT Consultancy provides web development, mobile application development, Microsoft 365 administration, system administration, and cyber security services. The specific scope of services, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary credentials, and access to systems required for us to perform the agreed-upon services. Failure to provide necessary information may result in project delays that are outside of our control.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, all intellectual property rights for custom code, designs, and infrastructure setups remain the property of Elevate IT Consultancy until full payment is received, at which point rights are transferred to the client as agreed.
Elevate IT Consultancy will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions, arising from the use of our services or website.
